Spotlight Introduces the 2016-2017 Executive Board
Spotlight Programs Board at Georgia State University is pleased to announce the 2016-2017 Executive Board. This year’s executive board consists of the Executive Director, formerly known as President, the Associate Director, formerly known as Vice-President and 9 chairs, formerly known as directors.
With the growth of Georgia State University, Spotlight Programs Board has re-structured the board for the 2016-2017 academic year. Changes to the structure include the combination for this past year’s Pounce Around Atlanta and Panther Connections committees to form the new Panther Connections committee for the upcoming year. In addition, the Panther Nation and Traditions committees have combined to form the Spirit and Traditions committee. The Films committee has undergone a name change and will now be referred to as the Cinema and Gaming Committee to encompass additional programs, and reach a wider audience.
The 2016-2017 Board is as follows: MaKeshia Graves (Executive Director), Nosa Omokaro (Associate Director), Im’Unique Hyler (Arts & Culture Chair), Aaron Lightner (Cinema & Gaming Chair), Nicole Ogbomoh (Daytime Chair), Zayreton Slaton (Live Entertainment Chair), Andrew Stuckey (Marketing Chair), Allison Clark (Membership Chair), Jamear Jackson (Panthers After Dark Chair), Candice Onukwue (Panther Connections Chair) and Adriana Selci (Spirit & Traditions Chair).
The 2016-2017 executive board is excited to begin their term as Spotlight Programs Board chairs, and to bring innovative, diverse, and engaging events to the Georgia State University Atlanta campus community. Cinefest is the campus movie theater operated by Spotlight Programs Board and is dedicated to bringing blockbuster and eclectic films to Cinefest for your enjoyment.
