Join Spotlight Programs Board and Athletics the week of February 14 – 18 in supporting the real “GSU” as part of the first “State vs Southern Week”. A timeline of student-focused events is on our State vs Southern Week page. Details are also available in the Panther Involvement Network. Show off your Panther spirit and prepare to paint the town blue.

Get Involved

Spotlight Programs Board offers a few different ways for you to get involved! There are three different types of memberships within Spotlight: volunteers, committees, and the Executive Board.

The Spotlight Programs Board is composed of nine active programming committees and the student-run Cinefest Film Theater, all of which work toward the continual fulfillment of our mission statement.

Experience Spotlight

Cinefest is a student-run movie theater. In operation since 1991, Cinefest screens a wide variety of films for the community including cult classics, foreign films, documentaries, independent films and Atlanta premieres.

Spotlight is responsible for coordinating the art exhibits in the Gallery Lounge on the 3rd floor of Student Center East!
