Georgia State Night at Six Flags

Spotlight Programs Board is excited to announce the return of Georgia State University night at Six Flags, Friday, April 22, 2016 from 6 p.m.- 12 a.m.

Join Spotlight Programs Board for a night of rides, adventures and fun at Six Flags over Georgia. Six Flags over Georgia is a 290-acre theme park with attractions and activities for the whole family. Its newest feature, the virtual reality coaster, is the first of its kind in North America. On this new coaster, the new revolution, riders become “co-pilots” on their own virtual fighter jets where they battle to save the planet from alien invasion. Other rides include superman: ultimate flight, the joker chaos coaster, thunder river and kid rides featuring looney tunes adventure camp. Free self-parking is available for those attending the event.

Georgia State Atlanta campus student tickets are $16 for general admission or $25 with a catered meal. Perimeter campus student tickets are $21 for general admission or $35 with a catered meal. Faculty, staff, and guests are $26 for general admission or $35 with a catered meal. Tickets purchased at the gate the day of event are $31.80. Children two years and under are admitted for free. There is no limit on the number of guest tickets that may be purchased. Tickets are available while supplies last, and there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or replacement for lost or stolen tickets. This is a non-refundable, rain-or-shine event, and tickets are only valid during this Georgia State University special event. All Six Flags over Georgia policies apply. Season pass memberships will not be honored at this event.

Georgia State students, faculty and staff can purchase Georgia State Night at Six Flags tickets at Campus Tickets, located on the third floor of Student Center West. Ticket sales are not restricted to Georgia State University students, faculty and staff; friends and family of the Georgia State community are also invited to attend. New this year, selfie sticks are banned from the park.
